Responsibilities

* Management of the Project lead by training team
* Coordination of training projects for relevant line of service (i.a. coordinating of project team, setting training programmes for relevant positions, establishing training politics)
* Managing training budgets for lines of service
* Supporting business leaders in matching best training solutions for employees
* Supporting employees in setting development paths and settling training goals for relevant financial year
* Conducting needs analysis
* Creating and delivering communication, management and other trainings
* Management of team members development, establishment of their aims and annual assessment


Experience and Qualifications

* Higher degree
* Minimum of 5 years experience in training area
* Experience in conducting interpersonal trainings
* Experience in team and project management
* Very good time management skills
* Flexibility (when taking tasks from various people, amendment of priorities)
* Ability to work under preassure
*  Ability of working/reporting to few supervisors At the same time
* Client focus
*  Advisory and Coaching skills
* Ability to conduct interpersonal trainings
* Initiative
* Accurancy/Scrupulousness
