Opis stanowiska
Due to fast growth of our Financial Advisory practice we are looking for experienced professionals to join M&A Transaction Services Team in the Polish practice.

Key Responsibilities

* Participates in due dilligence assignments in merit and administrative aspects
* Taking responsibility for effective project delivery
* Manage the junior people on the project

Requirements

* Min 2 - 3 years of experience in the areas of audit, controlling or financial due dilligence
* Practical knowledge of accounting and financial analysis issues
* A strong command of spoken and written English
* Excellent knowledge of Excel based tools
* Excellent analytical skills
* Ability to work effectively in teams with both clients and other Deloitte professionals
