We are searching for the following candidates to work in our Consulting Practice in Warsaw:

Senior Consultant in Technology Integration Team

Our Consulting practice helps clients make major strategic decisions and implement business improvements. Our practitioners advise on all aspects of the client's business operations to streamline functions and improve performance. They are responsible for developing, maintaining and growing relationships with senior client executives, as well as for leading consultant and client project teams from project planning through execution.

Professionals in Technology Integration offer both advisory and implementation services that provide clients with comprehensive solutions to help them better manage the critical business of information technology, including their technology organizations and their portfolio of technology assets.

Deloitte uses an integrated approach to assist CIOs in defining the key competencies, processes, organizational structure and performance measures required to become a value-creating IT organization. The end-to-end capabilities of our CIO Advisory Services practice covers the range of CIO challenges, from defining IT strategy and managing the business/system architecture to measuring and maximizing IT value and performance.

The primary focus of your role will be coordinating client projects, using a combination of management and technical skills to support CIOs with:

IT Strategy
- developing and implementing IT strategy
- assessing current technologies and their relevance

IT Management
- organizing or re-organizing an IT department
- IT process redesign
- performance assessment and transformation (Project performance, people performance and technology performance)
- sourcing and selecting new technology
- setting up and managing SLAs
- ITIL service management

IT Project Management
- managing offshore, onsite and/or remote teams
- managing client expectations, managing deadlines etc
- setting up a PMO

Project Portfolio Management
- aligning projects/programs with business strategy
- full lifecycle project management

Qualified candidates will demonstrate:
- IT, engineering or economy university background;
- 10 years of experience in IT, from that - 5 years in IT consulting.
- Knowledge of ITIL, COBIT, PMI standards;
- Knowledge of IT solutions development methodologies and tools;
- Understanding of IT organization and management practices;
- Knowledge of IT infrastructure and architectures;
- Knowledge of relational or multidimensional database modeling and implementation technique
- Knowledge of project management methodologies, e.g.: PMI, Prince, APM, IPMA;
- Experience with ERP and CRM systems;
- Experience in information technology systems implementation;
- Very good analytical and interpersonal skills;
- Fluency in English;
- ITIL, CISA, PMP or similar certificates would represent a distinctive asset
